今年的亞馬遜賣家,大部分都感覺到前所未有的壓力,老賣家感到因?yàn)橘u家群體增加,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈,產(chǎn)品售價(jià)降低,且旺季不旺,新賣家感覺到經(jīng)營(yíng)中并沒有出現(xiàn)別人口中的高利潤(rùn)和高銷量。
如果僅僅是賣家彼此之間競(jìng)爭(zhēng)層面上的壓力,倒也有可以通過優(yōu)化供應(yīng)鏈方面來提升自己的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,可是,有相當(dāng)一部分賣家卻是在經(jīng)歷著生死劫。繼鬼節(jié)亞馬遜突然出招凍結(jié)大批賬號(hào)之后,最近幾天,又有不少賣家收到下面這封郵件:
You may no longer sell on Amazon.com because of rights owner complaints about items that infringe their intellectual property rights.
Funds will not be transferred to you but will stay in your account while we work with you to address this issue. If you have any open orders, please ship them.
You can see your balance and settlement information in the Payments section of Seller Central. If you have questions about those, please write to payments-funds@amazon.com.
Please email pq-review@amazon.com with the following supporting documents:
-- Copies of invoices, receipts, contracts or delivery orders from your supplier issued in the last 90 days. The quantity of items shown should match your inventory.
-- If you are not the brand owner, provide a complete set of documentation to prove a valid supply chain.
-- If you are the brand owner, provide a copy of the brand registration certificate, and business license or personal identity card.
-- Any additional details you would like us to know.
You can send .pdf, .jpg, .png, or .gif files. These documents must be authentic and unaltered. You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible. We will maintain the confidentiality of your supplier contact information.
If you do not send the required documents within 17 days, we may not allow you to sell on Amazon.com.

在郵件中,亞馬遜告知賣家,因?yàn)橛锌蛻敉对V賣家銷售的商品侵權(quán),賣家的銷售權(quán)限將被移除, 如果賣家需要申訴,需要提供90天內(nèi)的采購單據(jù)、發(fā)票等,如果賣家自己不是品牌商,需要出具授權(quán)書和代理合同等證明,如果賣家自己是品牌商,需要提供商標(biāo)注冊(cè)證書,營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照或注冊(cè)人身份證等,以上材料必須在17天內(nèi)提供,否則將被永久移除銷售權(quán)限。
面對(duì)這封郵件,很多賣家既驚愕又無奈,本來用心經(jīng)營(yíng)的賬號(hào),卻偏偏遭遇這么一遭。
但不管怎么說,對(duì)于遭遇此種情況的賣家,還是需要認(rèn)真分析積極應(yīng)對(duì)的,畢竟,亞馬遜此次封號(hào)事件,在一定程度上是批量進(jìn)行的,難免有一些賬號(hào)屬于躺槍,或者情節(jié)輕微資料齊全可以救活的。
對(duì)于正經(jīng)歷此事件的賣家,老魏我能夠給出的建議就是,盡可能全面的提供上述資料,盡量真誠(chéng)且詳盡的寫明自己的經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況,然后以完備的申訴資料去申訴。
對(duì)于所有的賣家,我們應(yīng)該看到事件背后的深層原因,當(dāng)原本以優(yōu)質(zhì)可靠著稱的亞馬遜平臺(tái)被各種Made in China的品質(zhì)良莠不齊的貨品所充斥,當(dāng)越來越多的亞馬遜老用戶開始用腳投票出走亞馬遜,平臺(tái)祭出整頓的大旗也是在所難免,雖然在整頓難免會(huì)有錯(cuò)傷,但從平臺(tái)長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的發(fā)展來看,這樣的措施還是必要的。
遭遇暫時(shí)受限的賬號(hào),賣家要盡量申訴,而沒有遭遇此劫的賣家,也不要幸災(zāi)樂禍,老魏我相信這樣的整頓僅僅只是開始,后續(xù)亞馬遜還會(huì)繼續(xù)排查整頓,所以,亞馬遜賣家一定要提高警惕,誠(chéng)信經(jīng)營(yíng),遠(yuǎn)離刷單,遠(yuǎn)離侵權(quán),更是要遠(yuǎn)離黑科技,當(dāng)你在自認(rèn)為安全的作弊的時(shí)候,一定不要忘了,亞馬遜除了是一家購物平臺(tái)之外,更是一家大數(shù)據(jù)分析公司,你的作弊難逃其咎。
